Can I use my MTBparks Pass right away?
No problem! Just let us know that you're planning to ride right away when you submit your MTBparks Pass order and we'll send you the info you need to ride the next day (Please allow at least 12 hours for us to process your request).
IMPORTANT: We update resorts with member info each Friday for early season riding while we prepare to process orders. In order to use your pass this weekend, we must receive your order by FRIDAY, 3PM EASTERN so that we have time to ensure you are included in the update.
How do I use my MTBparks Pass at participating resorts?
The details may vary at individual resorts, but in general you present the MTBparks Pass at the ticket counter or guest services desk where you would normally purchase a lift ticket for the day. If you aren't sure of the procedure for a particular resort your best bet is to call their ticket office directly, or reach out to us via phone or text at: 888-848-2453
Are there any restrictions on using the MTBparks Pass?
The MTBparks Pass is intended to be non-transferable and the tickets purchased using the pass should be used by the pass holder. While we are not aware of any blackout dates individual resorts do occasionally shut down for races, events, poor/dangerous conditions or other unforeseen reasons. If you have any concerns about being able to ride at an individual resort, its best to call ahead to ensure they are open.
